Quality & Compliance

Export-ready QC for food-contact stainless appliance parts

Structured IQC → IPQC → OQC pipeline with material traceability and third-party testing coordination for US and EU export channels.

What we control

  • ISO 9001-aligned quality management
  • LFGB, FDA, RoHS, REACH testing coordination via SGS and partners
  • Material certificates and OQC reports per shipment on request
  • AQL sampling per agreed inspection plan

Equipment

  • Dedicated QC lab and inspection stations

Quality system — one view

Four in-process gates plus export compliance documentation on request.

IQC

Incoming material

Coil/strip verification before release to floor — grade, gauge, and surface.

FAI

First article

Full dimensional check after die change or daily start — production holds until sign-off.

IPQC

In-process

Scheduled patrols on critical dimensions, weld, and cosmetic standards.

OQC

Outgoing

Final AQL with shipment inspection report available per PO.

What buyers should evaluate

A capability page should help you decide whether our process fits your part before you send a full RFQ package.

  • Is the part a stainless bowl, cup, shell, container, cover, or stamped appliance component?
  • Does it need repeat production rather than one-off trading supply?
  • Are food-contact finish, hub fitment, welding, or cosmetic requirements part of the risk?
  • Can the project justify DFM review, tooling discussion, and signed sample control?

What to send for DFM

For a practical go/no-go review, include as much of the following as possible. If drawings are sensitive, NDA first is fine.

  • 2D/3D drawing, STEP/IGES/SolidWorks file, or golden sample photos with key dimensions
  • Material grade, thickness, finish, and target market
  • Annual volume tiers and expected launch date
  • Critical fit points such as hub interface, rim circularity, weld strength, or cosmetic surface limits

Low-risk first step

No purchase obligation. Share a STEP/IGES/PDF, reference photo, or golden sample description — engineering replies with feasibility and a quotation path.

Typical first response within 1 business day (WhatsApp often faster for Asia/EU time zones).
