Seamless bowls and shells to ~250 mm draw height, Ø10–350 mm, 0.4–1.0 mm 304/201 — cylindrical, flared, spherical, stepped-base, and irregular asymmetric profiles.

Multi-pass + annealing

When deep ratio or irregular geometry work-hardens the strip, we sequence multiple draws with intermediate anneal/stress relief — the route used on difficult mixer bowls and custom shells.

Precision stamping

Trim, flange, lock features, container profiles, and bracket geometry on mechanical and hydraulic presses — before or after draw forming.

Irregular & custom contours

Non-circular mouths, offset bases, asymmetric transitions, and customer-ID shapes — evaluated in DFM, not limited to catalog photos.
